Helium, a cryptocurrency initiative, has seen tremendous growth over the last several years. The first few weeks after you have your router might be a little perplexing since this is a relatively new concept. After my router arrives, I’ll write about what I wish I’d known when I first began mining Helium.
What can I do while I wait for the router to arrive?

What do I do now that my router has arrived?
Just leave it plugged in. Seriously. Do nothing for 30 minutes after putting in the antenna, then connect it into the outlet. When the hotspot updates its firmware, you may hear the sound of a fan operating.
A little button on the hotspot’s rear, which is illuminated by a blue light, should be pressed and held for 30 minutes. In pairing mode, the light will begin to blink gently. Get Helium and begin configuring your WiFi hotspot.
When the Helium logo begins to spin after you have hit “Register Hotspot,” wait for roughly 15 to 30 minutes. There is nothing to worry about. If you choose, you may switch off your phone. It takes a long time to update information on this app. Open the app again and see whether your hotspot is listed in your account after a few minutes of waiting. Bluetooth re-pairing may be necessary if it doesn’t work the first time. Getting everything set up might take some time.
Do not do anything else after your hotspot appears in the app. It might take up to a week for the data to be synchronised. After a week, contact the Helium Discord’s help channel if your account is still not properly linked.
You may check the percentage of sync in the app if you’d like (and this will not mess up your syncing progress). Keep holding the little button on the back of your router until it progressively flashes blue again to ensure pairing mode. Click on your hotspot and then choose the gear icon in the top right corner. Select Bluetooth pairing and then select diagnostic. A percentage should be shown. You don’t have to bother about manually turning Bluetooth pairing mode off since it will automatically do so after 10 minutes.
Because it takes about a week to be up and running, it’s best to remain patient.
